Optimized process
On the 8th and 9th of February, the Materfut commercial team flew to Barcelona, at the DuPont branches, for training to optimize and improve processes within the scope of prescribing our products.
At Materfut we are aware that through careful and optimized processes, skills are essential to face a constantly evolving and expanding market such as the construction sector.
This training was carried out by the company Apliqa, during these two days it was possible to exchange experiences between colleagues and analyze real cases in more detail on how to act in the different phases of the prescription process, doing so through an ultimate process of trust and proximity as a client or prescriber is also reinforced and strengthened.
We thank the entire DuPont and Apliqa team for these two days of learning and knowledge sharing.
